Free Shipping on Orders $100 or more in the Continental USA

Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii will incur charges. To qualify for free shipping, total purchase must equal or exceed $100 after coupons and any other discounts are applied, and before taxes (Virginia residents) and regular shipping costs are added.

After adding items to your cart, enter your state and zip code on the shopping cart page. Click "Show Shipping" to view shipping charges. The price can also be viewed on the checkout page.

Deliveries to Alaska and Hawaii may be subject to additional charges for over-sized or heavy items. We will contact you before processing your order if additional charges apply.

Order Processing and Shipping Time

Each product page lists Availability, the typical length of time between placing your order and when your items will be ready to ship. Please note, orders for multiple items that vary in availability may be sent in one package when all of the items are ready to be shipped.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information the day your order ships. Products ship from our warehouse and some ship directly from the designer.

In-transit shipping time for USPS Priority Mail, our primary carrier, is typically 2 to 3 business days from the time the package leaves our warehouse. USPS determines 2 or 3 day service based on their shipping zones. UPS and FedEx transit times are longer. Deliveries to Alaska and Hawaii may take longer.

Around holidays, please allow additional order processing and shipping time.

We ship within the USA

W. Field's Dog Boutique ships in the USA. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Our Shipping Carriers

Our shipping carriers include USPS, UPS, and FedEx. W. Field's Dog Boutique's warehouse reserves the right to choose the carrier. Our primary shipping method is USPS Priority Mail. Some items may ship First Class Mail directly from the designer. Over-sized items often ship UPS or FedEx. These items cannot be delivered to P.O. Boxes.

We track all of our orders and deliveries and we will notify you of any unexpected delays.

W. Field's is not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout. Please review your shipping address carefully.
