Do you ship to my country?
We ship within the United States. Shipping outside of the U.S. is by special request only. View our Shipping page for details.
How much is shipping?
Shipping can be calculated on the shopping cart page and at checkout. Orders $100 or more ship free within the Continental United States.
When will my order ship?
Each product page lists the estimated time before your order leaves our warehouse or is sent directly from the designer. If your order includes multiple items, they will ship together when they are all available. Please allow extra time around holidays for order processing and shipping.
Has my order shipped?
When your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information. If you registered for an account when you placed your order or earlier, you can log in using the My Account link at the top of the page. Log in to view your order history and status.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover Card, and PayPal payments.
When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged when your order begins processing, which is shortly after you place your order.
Do I have to pay sales tax?
Residents of Virginia, the location of our warehouse, are required to pay sales tax.

How do I use a coupon?
Enter the coupon code in the coupon box on the shopping cart page. The discount will show underneath the list of items in your cart.
I placed an order, can I add items?
If you wish to add items to an order that has not shipped yet, contact us and we will be happy to assist you. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or use our Contact form. Or, you can place another order through the store and we will credit you for the shipping charges. Orders $100 or more ship free. If adding to your original order qualifies you for free shipping, we will refund the shipping costs.
Can I cancel my order?
Most orders begin processing immediately and cannot be cancelled.
How do I redeem a gift certificate?
To redeem a gift certificate, click here to create an account. When you are logged in, go to your account Payment Settings and click "Apply a gift certificate to your account." Gift certificates are applied toward purchases and shipping costs. They are not redeemable for cash, in part or whole.

How do I create an account or edit my account information?
Go to the My Account link at the top of the page to create an account, or to log in and edit account information. You may also register at checkout.
I forgot my password.
Go to the My Account link at the top of the page and click the "Forgot your Password?" link below the password text entry box. Your password will be emailed to you. You must use the same email that you used to register.
Is ordering on your site secure?
Your personal and payment information are protected by SSL (secure socket layer) encryption, the highest standard in Internet security. Click on the SSL badge at the bottom of the page to view the security certificate. The padlock and/or https will appear in your browser's address bar when you enter the shopping cart or checkout page, and when you view your account information.
