Our top priority at W. Field's Dog Boutique is customer satisfaction (pet and human satisfaction!). We are happy to answer questions about products and to help you with selection and size before you make your purchase.

We appreciate your support in upholding our policies which are intended to protect and benefit all of our customers and their pets.
- For the health and safety of all of our customers' pets, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange: grooming products, hair bows, jewelry, bowls, toys, bedding and mats, blankets, carriers, cuddle cups, car seats, bike seats, strollers, or stairs.
- All custom orders, special orders, and discounted items are final sales (discounted items does not apply to storewide sales).
- Items damaged by your pet are not eligible for return or exchange. We do not guarantee that any of the products we offer are appropriate for your pet.
Store credit will be given for returns.
- For returns and exchanges, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 5 days of receipt of your package for a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#). Returns and exchanges will not be accepted without an RMA#.
- All items returned or exchanged must be new, never used, never washed, and in ready-to-sell condition. Items must be free from odor and pet hair. We reserve the right to refuse return or exchange of items that do not meet these conditions.
- Return the items to W. Field's with a copy of the packing slip. Send via USPS (United States Postal Service) with a tracking number to:

- Customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping and for items lost or damaged in return shipping. Returns and exchanges must be postmarked within 7 days of issuing the RMA#. Please allow extra time for processing exchanges.
- A store credit will be issued for returns, less original shipping cost. Exchanges will be accepted for the same item at the same price. If price varies for the exchange (i.e. size), customer is responsible for paying the difference in price.
- First exchange for an item is free. Second exchange for the same item, customer will be charged a 45% re-stocking fee. Please take the time to measure your pet and consult the product's size chart.
- If the exchange item is discontinued or no longer available in the size needed, a store credit will be issued.
- If free shipping applied to the initial order, shipping costs will be charged to the customer if any part of the order is returned bringing the purchase total below $100.
- W. Field's reserves the right to refuse or to apply a 45% restocking fee to returns requested 21 days after delivery.
- For defective items or errors on our part in your shipment, contact us within 48 hours of receipt of your package. Keep the packing slip and all materials together. We will work with you to determine the best way to correct the problem.
- Purchase orders begin processing immediately upon receipt. Most orders cannot be modified or cancelled once they are placed. You may add to your order if your package has not shipped. Please note that this may delay your shipment.
- Deliveries that are refused and returned to W. Field's will be credited to the customer, minus up to 25% of total purchase order to cover shipping, processing, and re-stocking fees.
- W. Field's ships to the address entered by customers at checkout. We cannot replace or refund purchases delivered to incorrect addresses entered by customers. Please review your shipping address carefully.
